Walkway Wash runs on simple route plans: pick monthly or quarterly service, and your sidewalks, lots, and entries get washed on schedule — automatically. Every job starts with a firm written quote. No surprises, ever.
Route plans.
Per-visit pricing based on the area we clean. You provide a water spigot; we bring everything else.
Monthly route plan
$0.10 / sq ft per visit ($149 minimum). For high-traffic properties: gas stations, busy retail, restaurants. Washed every month, on schedule.
Quarterly plan
$0.13 / sq ft per visit ($179 minimum). For offices, apartment communities, and lower-traffic lots. Four thorough cleanings a year.
One-time deep clean
$0.20 / sq ft ($249 minimum). For first cleans and neglected concrete — years of buildup, heavy staining, thick gum.
First 10 properties: $0.08/sq ft, locked 12 months.
The first ten properties on the route lock in eight cents a square foot on the monthly plan for a full year. After the route fills, standard plan rates apply.

How do you measure the area?
We measure the concrete to be cleaned during the free walk-through — or from your property details and photos — and your written quote shows the square footage and the exact per-visit price.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes: $149 per visit on the monthly plan, $179 quarterly, $249 for a one-time deep clean. It covers getting our equipment to you and set up — you'll know it before you commit to anything.
Do recurring plans require a contract?
No long-term lock-in. Plans run month-to-month — keep the schedule as long as it's working for you, and cancel anytime with 3 days' written notice.
Can you work around our business hours?
Yes. Most commercial work is scheduled early morning, evenings, or weekends so your customers, tenants, and employees are never in the way.
Do you provide proof of insurance?
Yes — certificates of insurance are available on request for property managers and corporate accounts.
